Jennifer Nettles, the host of the Fox show, acknowledges that this season, the female contestants are displaying more intense emotions and reactions, which may result in some dramatic moments on the farm.

The upcoming season of Farmer Wants a Wife will showcase four farmers from different parts of the United States as they search for their soulmates.

The unique aspect is that every farmer will choose five women from a group of 29 to live with them on their farm. This experience will allow the women to fully understand the responsibilities of being a farmer's wife.

Introducing the farmers featured on Season 2 of Farmer Wants a Wife:

Ty Ferrell, aged 42, identifies more as a cowboy than a farmer due to his role as a "team roper". He runs a 50-acre farm in Sikeston, Mo., where he raises horses and cattle. Ferrell has a deep-seated passion for roping and riding, which he has been involved in since childhood. As one of the more mature farmers on the show, he is a divorced father to a 12-year-old daughter and is seeking a partner who can not only be his companion but also a nurturing figure for his child.

Mitchell Kolinsky, a 27-year-old farmer in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, is the first in his family to pursue farming. His large property is home to a variety of wildlife and an old cabin from the 1800s, where he resides with his three dogs. Kolinsky's upbringing around horses and love for the outdoors inspired him to start a career in farming. He now runs his own farm with both horses and cattle.

Brandon Rogers, who is 29 years old, manages a large farm in Center, Colorado that grows potatoes and barley on 1,000 acres of land. The town he resides in is very small, with just one traffic light, and is surrounded by agricultural fields. As the son of a farmer, Rogers grew up helping his father on the farm and now runs the family business with the goal of carrying on his father's legacy.

Nathan Smothers, a 23-year-old farmer from Bartow, Florida, comes from a long line of citrus and cattle farmers. He manages a large property with 300 acres of farmland and 500 acres for his cattle. Despite his young age, Smothers has shown maturity and responsibility since losing his father at 12, taking on the role of supporting his mother and three sisters.

The second season of the show "Farmer Wants a Wife" will debut on Fox on Thursday, February 1st at 9PM ET.
