In this particular stanza, the lyrics mention Rock identifying himself as Kid Rock from the old days, boasting about having more money than the band Matchbox Twenty and getting more attention from women than Mark McGrath.

Shortly after that, well-known YouTuber Finn McKenty proposed that Mark McGrath should be the one to resolve the argument, and he also tagged the lead singer of Sugar Ray.
