  • by

Kane Brown has shown a strong commitment to supporting underprivileged and at-risk youth by being involved with organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since the beginning of his career as a country artist. This dedication has earned him a significant award.

Currently, the country music radio sector is recognizing the singer of "I Can Feel It" for their ongoing dedication to supporting children and prioritizing charitable endeavors.

Brown has been selected to receive the 2024 CRS Artist Humanitarian Award, which is given every year to artists who prioritize giving back to their communities.

He will be celebrated at CRS Honors, which will be held on February 29 in Nashville as a part of the Country Radio Seminar for this year.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of America aims to create a welcoming environment and opportunities for children, particularly those facing social and economic challenges. Brown, who experienced homelessness, racism, and abuse in his own childhood, expressed a desire for the type of supportive community that the organization offers to young people.

Apart from donating money, Brown has also given children opportunities, such as gifting tickets and backstage passes to a group of 16 kids and 4 adults from a local chapter. He included dinner in the experience and shared his personal story with the group. Additionally, he has worked on revitalizing a chapter in his hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The country singer has been recognized for his involvement with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America in the past. In 2022, he was awarded the title of "Champion of Youth" by the organization.

Past winners of the CRS Artist Humanitarian Award include Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Carrie Underwood, Tim McGraw, and Faith Hill among others. Tracy Lawrence received the award last year.
