Loretta Lynn's family recently shared an update on the condition of her son, Ernest Ray Lynn, who underwent surgery to treat his kidney failure. Unfortunately, the initial results of the procedure were not as positive as expected by the doctors.
Crystal, the wife of Ernest, shared an update with fans on Thursday (Jan. 25) regarding Ernest's recent operation. She had initially shared details on Facebook and mentioned that the doctors would provide more information on the success of the surgery on that day.
In her update, she expressed that the day didn't go as expected, but they are not losing hope. They firmly believe that this operation will be a success and that their needs will be met by the Lord. They requested specific prayers for the new device to start functioning effectively tomorrow morning. They have faith in God and the power of prayer, and they are grateful for the ongoing prayers, care, and friendship.
Crystal has not provided any further official updates on Ernest since Sunday, but she has taken to social media to inform fans that the family is still praying for her husband. Moreover, she has posted a collection of pictures featuring Ernest, some of which seem to have been captured while he was in the hospital.
