Loretta Lynn's family recently shared an update on her son, Ernest Ray Lynn, who underwent surgery for his kidney failure. Regrettably, the initial outcomes of the procedure were not as positive as anticipated by the medical team.
Crystal, the wife of Ernest, shared an update with fans on Thursday (Jan. 25) regarding Ernest's recent surgery. She had initially shared details about the situation on Facebook. Crystal had mentioned earlier that the doctors would provide more information about the success of the surgery on that specific day.
In her update, she expressed that the day did not go as expected, but they are determined to persevere. They firmly believe that the operation will be successful and that their needs will be met by the Lord. They kindly request prayers for the new device to start functioning tomorrow morning. They have faith in God and the strength of prayer, and they are grateful for the ongoing prayers, care, and support from others.
As of Sunday, Crystal has not provided any further official updates about Ernest, but she has used social media to inform fans that her family is still praying for her husband. She also shared a collection of photos of Ernest, some of which seem to have been taken while he was in the hospital.
