Jon Pardi's spouse has shared information about her second pregnancy. After announcing the news to fans, Jon Pardi and his wife Summer are fully focused on preparing for their second child. Summer recently gave fans a glimpse into her current pregnancy during an Instagram Stories Q&A session over the weekend.

On Saturday (Jan. 27), the wife of the singer responded to several inquiries from fans regarding pregnancy and babies. She shared the unexpected way she discovered she was pregnant this time. She confessed that it was surprising because it took them quite some time to conceive their one-year-old daughter Presley. It wasn't that they weren't actively trying, but rather that it took longer than anticipated.

Summer shared in a slide that they faced difficulties in conceiving their child, Presley, as they tried for a period of two years. They were informed that they would need to undergo in vitro fertilization (IVF), but surprisingly, they became pregnant naturally when they decided to let go of all the stress and worries. Due to their previous experience, they decided to start trying for another baby in October, anticipating another lengthy journey, but to their astonishment, they conceived sooner than expected.

On the morning when she discovered her pregnancy, she began by taking a test that initially seemed to indicate a negative result. She woke up very early in the morning and needed to urinate, so she decided to take the test because she and her partner had been trying to conceive in the past few weeks. She observed the test and saw that it displayed a negative result, which disappointed her. She disposed of the test in the trash and went back to sleep.

Luckily, the story did not come to an end at that point. After a few hours, Summer had a feeling and decided to retrieve the pregnancy test from the garbage to check again. To her surprise, the result was clearly positive. She realized that she had gotten accustomed to COVID-19 tests providing immediate results and had forgotten that pregnancy tests need a few minutes to display the complete result.

In other parts of the Q&A, Summer confesses that she was taken aback when she discovered that they were going to have another girl, especially since some of the signs she experienced were very different from her first pregnancy. This time, she explains, she felt extremely nauseous from weeks 5 to 10, which made her believe she was expecting a boy. She even had already chosen the theme for the nursery.

During the beginning of this month, the Pardis executed a straightforward gender reveal by removing two slices from a pepperoni pizza, which uncovered pink slips of paper beneath them. Even though both Summer and her husband, who is a country singer, were taken aback by the news of expecting another girl, she expresses that they are extremely thrilled about it.

The well-being of a joyful and healthy baby is of utmost importance. Additionally, we are content with having two babies at the moment. While I can't predict the future, we currently have no intentions of having a third baby.

The couple is not in agreement about what to name their upcoming baby. Summer says that Pardi, who chose their first child's name, dislikes all of her suggestions for their second child and believes that he gets to choose the name again. As a result, they are currently not speaking, although Summer adds that she is joking. She also shared a list of her favorite name options at the moment, which include Aspen, Grace, Nelli, Skeye, and others.

Pardi and summer have been in a marital relationship since the year 2020, and their child, Presley, was born in February 2023. When they initially revealed their pregnancy, they also mentioned that they had been attempting to conceive a baby since their wedding. They sought advice from doctors before deciding to take a break from their efforts to conceive, and surprisingly, they became pregnant soon after.
