There are rumors suggesting that Luke Grimes, who gained global recognition for his role in Yellowstone, might give up acting completely once the show comes to an end.
At the age of 40, Grimes portrays the character of Kayce Dutton in the television show Yellowstone. In the series, Kayce works as an enforcer for his father, John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner), and is willing to do whatever it takes to maintain complete control over the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, even if it means going beyond the boundaries of the law.
In October of 2023, he introduced his first country EP called "Pain Pills or Pews." According to a source from Life & Style, Grimes, who originally had a passion for music before achieving success as an actor, is extremely satisfied with his new musical career. In fact, he is considering leaving acting behind to fully dedicate himself to his newfound passion for music.
According to the source, he is currently not accepting any new acting opportunities. Instead, Luke has a strong desire to begin traveling in the near future.
According to a source, the performer who is both an actor and a singer has an upcoming performance scheduled at the Stagecoach Festival in California in April. This event has been a long-held aspiration for Grimes.
This doesn't imply that supporters of the actor should entirely abandon the idea of seeing him in future films. Grimes mentioned in an interview with Taste of Country in December 2023 that while he has always had a passion for music, he never felt a strong drive to turn it into his full-time career when he was younger and performing in different bands.
In order to create his album, he explained that he had to overcome his fear and take advantage of the opportunity presented to him. He decided to embrace the chance and see what outcome it would bring.
He concluded by saying that even if this album is the only accomplishment he achieves in this particular field, it would still be completely worthwhile because of the connections and interactions he made with all the individuals involved.
