There are reports suggesting that Luke Grimes, who gained global recognition for his role in Yellowstone, might quit acting once the show comes to an end.
Grimes, who is 40 years old, portrays the character Kayce Dutton in the TV show Yellowstone. In the show, he works as a protector for his father, John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner), as his father does whatever it takes to maintain strict control over the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, even if it means breaking the law.
In October 2023, he unveiled his first country EP titled "Pain Pills or Pews". According to a Life & Style insider, Grimes, who initially had a passion for music before finding success as an actor, is extremely satisfied with his new musical venture. He is even considering leaving acting behind to fully dedicate himself to his burgeoning music career.
According to the source, he is currently not accepting any other acting offers. Instead, Luke has expressed a strong desire to go on a journey in the near future.
According to a source, Grimes, who is both an actor and singer, is scheduled to perform at the Stagecoach Festival in California in April. This is a dream come true for Grimes, as performing at this festival has been something she has aspired to her entire life.
This doesn't imply that fans of the actor should entirely abandon the hope of seeing him on screen in the future. In an interview with Taste of Country in December of 2023, Grimes mentioned that while music was his initial passion, he didn't have a strong desire to turn it into a career when he was younger and performing in different bands.
In order to create his album, he explains that he had to overcome his fear and embrace the opportunity at hand. With determination, he decided to seize the chance and see what would come of it.
He concluded by saying that even if this album is the only opportunity he has in this particular field, the experience of meeting all these individuals was completely worthwhile.
