Luke Grimes, who gained global recognition for his role on the hit show Yellowstone, is reportedly considering leaving the acting industry entirely after the show concludes.
In the television series Yellowstone, the character Grimes, who is portrayed by a 40-year-old actor, plays the role of Kayce Dutton. Kayce works as his father, John Dutton's enforcer, and is responsible for ensuring that his father maintains complete control over the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch. However, it is worth noting that Kayce's methods of achieving this control may not always align with the boundaries set by the law.
In October 2023, he launched his first country EP called "Pain Pills or Pews." According to a source from Life & Style, Grimes, who initially had a passion for music before finding success as an actor, is extremely satisfied with his new musical career. In fact, he is considering leaving behind acting entirely to fully dedicate himself to his newfound passion in music.
According to the source, he is currently not accepting any other acting offers. Instead, Luke is actively seeking opportunities to travel in the near future.
According to a source, Grimes, who is both an actor and singer, is scheduled to take the stage at the Stagecoach Festival in California in April. This opportunity is described as a lifelong dream for Grimes.
This doesn't imply that fans of the actor should completely abandon the hope of seeing him in movies or TV shows in the future. Grimes mentioned in an interview with Taste of Country in December 2023 that while music was his initial passion, he never felt a strong desire to turn it into his profession when he was younger and involved in different bands.
In order to create his album, he explained that he had to overcome his fears and seize the opportunity at hand, thinking to himself, "I have a chance here, and I'm going to embrace it. Let's see what unfolds."
He concluded by saying that even if this album is the sole accomplishment he achieves in this specific genre, it would have been completely worthwhile because of the connections he made with all the individuals involved.
