Luke Grimes, who gained international recognition for his role in the hit series Yellowstone, is reportedly considering giving up acting once the show concludes.
At the age of 40, Grimes portrays the character of Kayce Dutton in the TV show Yellowstone. In the series, Kayce works as a strongman for his father, John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner), who is determined to maintain absolute control over their family ranch, Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, by any means necessary, even if it involves bending or breaking the law.
According to Life & Style, Grimes, who initially had a passion for music before finding success as an actor, recently launched his first country EP called "Pain Pills or Pews" in October 2023. The source reveals that he is extremely satisfied with his new musical venture and is even considering leaving acting behind to fully focus on his newfound music career.
According to an insider, the individual in question is currently not accepting any new acting opportunities. Instead, they are primarily focused on embarking on a journey or tour in the near future.
According to a reliable source, the performer, who is both an actor and a singer, is scheduled to give a live performance at the Stagecoach Festival in California in April. This opportunity has always been a cherished aspiration for Grimes.
This does not imply that fans of the actor should completely abandon hope of seeing him in future onscreen projects. Grimes mentioned in an interview with Taste of Country in December 2023 that while music was his initial passion, he did not have a strong desire to turn it into a full-time career during his younger years when he played in different bands.
In order to create his album, he explains that he had to overcome his fear and embrace the opportunity he had. He made a decision to take the chance and see what outcome it would lead to.
He concluded by saying that even if this album is the sole accomplishment in his career, it would still be completely worthwhile because of the connections he made with all the individuals involved.
