Luke Grimes, who gained international recognition for his role in the popular show Yellowstone, is rumored to be considering a complete departure from the acting industry once the series concludes.
At the age of 40, Grimes portrays the character Kayce Dutton on the TV show Yellowstone. In the show, Kayce works as an enforcer for his father, John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner), as he relentlessly strives to maintain strict control over the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, even if it requires breaking the law.
In October 2023, he introduced his first country EP called "Pain Pills or Pews". According to a source from Life & Style magazine, Grimes, who initially had a passion for music before finding success as an actor, is extremely satisfied with his new musical career. He is even considering leaving acting behind and dedicating himself entirely to his newfound passion for music.
According to the source, he is currently not accepting any new acting opportunities and is instead focused on going on a journey in the near future.
According to a source, Grimes, who is both an actor and singer, is scheduled to perform at the Stagecoach Festival in California in April. This is a dream come true for Grimes, as it has been something they have wanted to do their entire life.
This doesn't imply that fans of the actor should completely abandon the idea of seeing him in future movies or shows. Grimes mentioned in an interview with Taste of Country in December 2023 that while music was his initial passion, he never had a strong desire to turn it into a full-time career when he was younger and performing with different bands.
In order to create his album, he explained that he had to overcome his fear and take a chance on the opportunity he had. He decided to seize the moment and find out what would come of it.
He concluded by saying that if creating this album is the only achievement he ever has in this particular field, then it would still be completely worthwhile because of the connections he made with all of the individuals involved.
