Could Luke Grimes, the star of the popular show Yellowstone, be considering quitting acting once the series comes to an end? This is what a recent report suggests, as Grimes gained international recognition through his role on the show.
In the show Yellowstone, actor Grimes, who is 40 years old, portrays the character Kayce Dutton. Kayce works as an enforcer for his father, John Dutton, played by Kevin Costner. John is determined to maintain complete control over the Yellowstone Dutton Ranch, and he will go to extreme lengths, even if they involve breaking the law, to achieve this.
In October of 2023, he put out his first EP in the country genre, titled "Pain Pills or Pews." According to a source from Life & Style, Grimes, who initially had a passion for music before finding success in acting, is extremely fulfilled by his recent venture into music. In fact, he is considering leaving acting behind and dedicating himself entirely to his budding musical career.
At the moment, he is not accepting any other acting opportunities. According to the source, Luke is eagerly planning to embark on a journey in the near future.
According to a source, the performer who is both an actor and a singer is scheduled to take the stage at the Stagecoach Festival in California in April. This opportunity is described as a lifelong dream for Grimes.
This does not imply that fans of the actor should completely abandon the idea of seeing him in future onscreen projects. Grimes mentioned in an interview with Taste of Country in December 2023 that while music was his primary passion, he did not have a strong desire to pursue it as a full-time career when he was younger and involved in different bands.
In order to create his album, he expressed that he needed to overcome his fear and embrace the opportunity at hand. He decided to seize the chance and see where it would lead him.
He concluded by saying that even if creating this album is the only accomplishment he ever achieves in this particular genre or field, it would still be completely worthwhile due to the connections and relationships he has formed with all the people involved.
