Former NFL legend Terry Bradshaw has recently sold his extravagant rural property in Oklahoma for a whopping $22.5 million. The pictures of the estate depict a breathtaking home that is truly befitting of a sports icon and renowned broadcaster like Bradshaw.
The former NFL star and commentator put his expansive 8-bedroom mansion, covering an area of 8,600 square feet, up for sale in late 2022 with a price tag of $22.5 million. Online real estate platforms indicate that Bradshaw successfully sold the property for the full asking price, and the transaction was finalized in November 2023.
Bradshaw's ranch, spanning 744 acres, is located in the rural town of Thackerville, Oklahoma. The ranch is positioned alongside the Red River and boasts extensive frontage property that is under the management of the Corps of Engineers.
The grand main house has four fireplaces made of stone, flooring made of wood and tiles, and walls covered in wood panels. Outside, there is a spacious patio area measuring 1,000 square feet, which includes a complete kitchen, a bar, a fireplace, a hot sauna, and a fire pit.

Additionally, the property has a separate office with a complete kitchen, a barn specifically designed for displaying swine, and designated areas for storing farm equipment. Moreover, there are multiple trails scattered throughout the rural property for easy navigation.
Bradshaw quickly became a famous figure in the world of sports after achieving victory four times in the Super Bowl. He has also been recognized as the Most Valuable Player in the Super Bowl on two occasions, was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and became the first NFL player to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
After his retirement from football, the 75-year-old ex-quarterback of the Pittsburgh Steelers found a career as a sports commentator. Additionally, he and his family were featured in the reality TV series called The Bradshaw Bunch on E!. The show was set at their ranch in Oklahoma.
Bradshaw managed the property as a functional ranch for quarter horses. As stated in The Oklahoman, the recent proprietors are transforming the business into a horse breeding enterprise named Red River Equine.
