This week's (Jan. 20-26) collection of new country releases includes four albums and a selection of fantastic songs from Tyler Hubbard, Charley Crockett, Morgan Wallen, and Glen Campbell.
Indeed, there is an upcoming project by Glen Campbell, and the initial preview is a collaboration between the renowned artist and Eric Church. The album titled "The Ghost on the Canvas Sessions" will be released on April 19 and will include contributions from Dolly Parton, Eric Clapton, Carole King, and various other artists. The recent album from the Josh Abbott Band was considered for our "Song You Need to Hear" segment, but in the end, another Texan artist with a unique sound took the spotlight. However, Somewhere Down the Road, the new album, is definitely worth listening to for its 36 minutes duration. In fact, it is the best among all the full-length albums released this week.
