This week (Jan. 20-26), there are four new country albums included in our list of 16 recently released country songs and albums. In addition to that, we have some fantastic songs from Tyler Hubbard, Charley Crockett, Morgan Wallen, and Glen Campbell.
Indeed, there is a forthcoming project by Glen Campbell. The initial sneak peek of this project is a collaboration between the iconic Glen Campbell and Eric Church. Titled "The Ghost on the Canvas Sessions," it is set to be released on April 19 and will also include contributions from Dolly Parton, Eric Clapton, Carole King, and several others. Check out the song "Hold on Hope" which is among the featured tracks from the project.

We considered featuring the new album from the Josh Abbott Band as our Song You Need to Hear, but in the end, we decided to give this week's honor to another Texan artist with a unique and captivating sound that you must listen to. However, it is important to note that Somewhere Down the Road, the album by the Josh Abbott Band, is definitely worth your time, as it is the best among all the full-length albums released this week, with a runtime of 36 minutes.
