Yoakam's batting average at the CMA, ACM, and Grammy Awards is only .081 (3-37), but despite this, he has managed to secure three victories. The Bellamy Brothers would certainly consider themselves fortunate in comparison.
David and Howard Bellamy, a duo in the country music industry, have an astonishing record of 0-29 at the three main award shows. Despite being nominated numerous times in the duo category, they have never managed to win. Their lack of recognition is so significant that the Taste of Country team didn't even include them in their list of deserving artists not in the Country Music Hall of Fame.
