You have reached your destination. This is the Auto-Align 2.1 software developed by Sound Radix
Sound Radix has recently released Auto-Align 2.1, an innovative tool designed to enhance the audio production process by offering improved precision and productivity.
Auto-Align 2.1 enhances audio quality by reducing comb-filtering effects, minimizing the blurring of transients, and optimizing the phase characteristics of each microphone. This ensures that the captured sound is clear and well-defined. The latest version of Auto-Align also improves the alignment process by offering a faster workflow, a new module for spectral phase correction, an improved algorithm, and a user-friendly interface.
Efficient Workflow
The latest edition of Auto-Align aims to simplify your work process. By simply clicking once, Auto-Align 2.1 is capable of aligning all your microphones simultaneously. This innovative feature not only saves you precious time but also guarantees that your audio is accurately synchronized and harmonized, leading to enhanced clarity, dimension, and stereo representation.
The Spectral Phase Optimization feature in Auto-Align 2.1 fixes phase shifts that may happen within certain frequency ranges, resulting in a more unified and enhanced audio signal. When filters are used during recording, there can be phase shifts in different frequency bands, causing a distorted and indistinct sound. Spectral Phase Optimization identifies and corrects these phase shifts automatically, guaranteeing that your audio is aligned perfectly and sounding its absolute best.
The updated version of the software has enhancements to its core algorithm, the option to enable or disable group time alignment, improved spectral phase optimization for individual tracks, four preset locations for conveniently comparing different configurations, and the capability to export/import alignment settings to improve efficiency when working on multiple projects.
Auto-Align 2.1 has received positive feedback from experts in the field. Renowned producer/mixer/engineer Greg Wurth describes the effect of Auto-Align 2 on drums, bass, or guitar as truly extraordinary. In addition, esteemed engineer Darrell Thorp, who has won the GRAMMY award ten times, includes Auto-Align 2 in his drum plug-in chain for every new mix or song he begins.
You can purchase Auto-Align 2.1 for $199. It works on macOS 10.9 or newer, as long as you have a 64-bit Intel CPU or Apple Silicon. For Windows users, you'll need a 64-bit Intel or AMD CPU and Windows 10 or a more recent version. Auto-Align 2.1 is available in AAX, Audio Unit, VST3, and ARA2 plug-in formats.
