This week's list of new country releases (Jan. 20-26) includes four country albums and some fantastic songs from Tyler Hubbard, Charley Crockett, Morgan Wallen, and Glen Campbell.
Yes, it is true that there is a new project by Glen Campbell on the way. The first preview of this project is a collaboration between the renowned artist and Eric Church. The album, titled "The Ghost on the Canvas Sessions," is set to be released on April 19th and will also include appearances by Dolly Parton, Eric Clapton, Carole King, and others. The latest album from the Josh Abbott Band was taken into consideration for our "Song You Need to Hear" feature. However, this week's recognition went to another Texan artist who has a unique and captivating sound that you should definitely listen to. Nonetheless, the album titled "Somewhere Down the Road" by the Josh Abbott Band is still highly recommended and worth the 36 minutes of your time. In fact, it is the best among all the full-length albums that were released this week.
