The singer of "I Can Feel It" initially encountered Katelyn Jae in 2016 through common acquaintances in the music field. During that period, both individuals were striving to establish themselves in the music industry, and they rapidly formed a connection based on their shared passion for music.
Brown has acknowledged that he and his spouse had the opportunity to meet earlier, but he decided to cancel their plans.
According to Brown's statement on the Bobby Bones Show in 2023, he was initially meant to be part of her music video during their first meeting. However, he had a conflicting commitment as he had his first show on that day. As a result, he didn't get the chance to meet her until a year later.
Kane and Katelyn's relationship progressed rapidly, and they got married on October 12, 2018. They wasted no time in starting a family, as their first child, Kingsley, was born on October 29, 2019, followed by the arrival of their second daughter, Kodi, on December 31, 2021.
The couple also made the exciting announcement that they will be welcoming their third child, a boy, in the year 2024!
After their initial encounter, Brown's professional success has soared. Despite Katelyn's decision to step back from her full-time music pursuits, the pair collaborated on a song called "Thank God" in 2022, which quickly rose to the top spot and garnered a fervent demand from fans for additional collaborative projects.
